Thousands of artists trust LANDR Distribution to get their tracks on streaming platforms worldwide. But did you know we listen to every single submission? In this series, we highlight some of the incredible musical talent that comes through our distribution community.
November is a great time to dive into new music that sets the mood.
The days get shorter and shorter, colder and colder and you’re more likely to stay inside and cozy up with a book and vinyl playing in the background.
Luckily, there’s no shortage of great new music that came out via LANDR Distribution over the last few weeks.
Here’s a digest of tunes we loved in November.
First up is “Transparency” from urbanation—the project from singer-songwriter Bianca Ocampo.
urbanation is the quintessential bedroom pop project with big aspirations, and you can hear those aspirations coming to life on the ambitious track.
Bianca sings about the difficulties and challenges that come with progressing in life when she says:
If I’m always changing, how do you know me?
If you never see me, how will you love me?
Her sweet and sensual vocals shine over top of a moody yet triumphant chord progression.
The track itself illustrates a progression—starting with a stripped-down guitar part that morphs into a reverb-drenched full band arrangement and culminating with a boisterous piano part.
It’s a remarkably complete and mature track from the young artist.
There’s another reason this track made our list this month. urbanation won the LANDR World Wide sweepstakes—meaning the project won $1000 in Spotify advertising credits.
Congratulations to urbanation—we look forward to watching your work grow into the future!

Switching gears we have “Supply Chain Chad” from Velvetgut Parry, a Tennessee-based psychedelic, surf pop band led by Matthew Batson.
Their new single “Supply Chain Chad” is a rocking party anthem that makes use of fast, crunchy guitars.
The high-energy track is all about surviving growing up and making it in the rat race of life post-college.
The message comes to life when Matthew sings:
Chad came back from college and kept up his habits
Actin like he got it together but he ain’t got it
“Supply Chain Chad” is a fun party jaunt for a Friday afternoon as you get ready to clock out for the weekend.

Autograft is an experimental electronic project between Brooklyn-based artists Chris Kupinksi and Angela Sutton.
For me the standout track from their new album Halves was “Two Halves Folded Into One”.
The track features loads of glitchy samples, synth sequences and vocal textures.
If you’re looking for music that bridges the gap between post-punk and glitch pop, Autograft is a project to check out.
For fans of: Majical Cloudz, Joy Division
“Mulán” is the sugary sweet single from Spanish indie-pop singer-songwriter Carlota.
The track is a sunny, beachy bop that ties together blissful guitar, bass and drums with wistful pop-punk motifs.
It’s really just a fun and well-written track.
I really enjoyed listening to the lyrics and singing too, even with my limited Spanish.

Chorus and reverb-drenched, the standout track Panther Car’s newest album Pomegranate was “Rainbows”.
The lo-fi, indie rock project scratches all the itches if you’re looking for a new album to revive your early 2010s indie rock dreams.
“Rainbows” wanders between angular yet intricate guitar playing and a more washy chorus section.
It’s a fun track that throws back to the indie rock auteurs that defined the late 2000s and early 2010s.
